Rrefreshing a Portuguese holiday home
Refreshing Villa Sardinheiro involved assessing urgent needs after purchase, including new mattresses, terrace repairs, and a living room paint job. We enlisted local contractor Paul to tackle renovations like improving the steep access road. Our hands-on efforts during Easter break ensured upgrades to furnishings, amenities, and safety features, readying the property for holiday rentals.
